I may have lived in this state the longest out of all the states I have lived in and I may have lived in Birmingham for I believe over a month but I finally saw the beauty of true downtown Birmingham this past weekend. As stated yesterday there was an Southern Blog Society luncheon and me and the lovely Chandler from Shotguns and Seashells meet up before hand and got some photos by the love Mary Catherine Fehr! The beauty and character of downtown Birmingham just made my day well before the luncheon that was fun too!
Now on to this dress. I scroll through ASOS more than the average person. But not until I became a working lady have I been able to actually buy what I want off ASOS. My first purchase on my own was this dress when it was on SALE! I will always be somewhat of a bargain person. I was a
little lot nervous because the sizing on ASOS is different from garment to garment. So this dress came the day before I wanted to wear it. I quickly put it on and waited till my roommate came home to see if it would zip the entire way which is the only downfall, I need help to put it on. When it zipped up and fit literally perfectly the love for this dress grew fast. I loved that it gave me a waist and is so uniquely different. Plus I am loving Leather right now and that made it even better.
Then the next statement is the pop of color on my ears. Besides the fact that they were way too heavy. I loved the composition of the eating and the pop of color. But they will be saved for special occasion.
I loved taking pictures and having Chandler there. It makes me love blogging even more. Being able to share some photo time with another fashion lover and blogger was so much fun.
