Remembering Memorial Day.
Let’s remember what this day is really all about. Thank you to the men and women who have given everything even their lives to this country we all call home. Thank you to their families and to those that serve today and will decide to serve tomorrow. The two words ‘thank you’ will never be enough but again thank you. Those men and women inspire me everyday to be an amazing person and to know nothing in life is free.
Now I will go back to be an annoying blogger and talk about this outfit. -insert rolling eye emoji- I finally found myself in Mobile a few months ago before the summer heat decided to roll in. I was able to hangout with my sister and of course had some photos taken. I also finally have my embroidered leather jacket I am in love with from BLANKNYC!

shoes: Nordstrom Rack | purse: c/o Gigi New York]
I loved the area all of these photos were taken. Such a fun area of Mobile, it is also where all the fun Mardi Gras parades live!
For this outfit I wore something that is very much me but something that would not be seen regularly in the south. Or. I have rarely seen it in the south. Stripes yes. Jeans yes. Tucked in stripes and a leather jacket. Maybe not. But I love it! I have learned over the past years that I need to let my self blindly dress because that is when I find the outfits that I love more than words can describe.
