I am having a moment with anything vintage and anything thrifted. I find myself watching thrifting videos and wanting to go to the thrift store all the time. I wish I could tell you what got me on this kick but in all honesty I have no clue. I can definitely say the one person that influenced it the most was Beth of B.Jones Style and her youtube channel. What got me thinking about how much I love it is these Big Star earrings.I have had these earrings in my collection since I stole them from my mother and after wearing them here I fell in total love with the statement they made.
I can also definitely whole heartedly say that they single handedly started my love with statement earrings. I had hit a low in jewelry. You could say it was because I stopped making my own jewelry or you can say I just got board and needed to start over. So I did. I got rid of all the cheap -in my opinion- pieces and found my love for simple or bold. I now have a collection of jewelry that I love and I keep growing it. Scarily for my neutral being there has been a bunch of color added into the mix.
